How does the gift voucher work?
Once you’ve purchased the gift, you’ll receive an email from me that includes a gift voucher and welcome letter for you to print off and gift. Your loved one can then get in touch with me to arrange a call or consultation.
Does the gift voucher expire?
She doesn’t need to redeem her voucher straight away, vouchers are valid up to three months from purchase. I’d recommend a call when she has received the gift though so we can talk about how she can make the most of my services.
Is the voucher refundable?
The gift voucher is not refundable but you have 14 days from the day of purchase to change your mind. In this event, you will be refunded the purchase amount, minus a £50 admin fee. Cancellations after this period incur the full cost.
