3 wardrobe mistakes to avoid

Follow my advice for a stress-free wardrobe

Everyone makes mistakes buying clothes and we all have items we regret lurking at the back of the wardrobe (even me!)  I’ve found that there are three key errors that my clients are making, but if you follow my tips you will be dressing confidently again and have a stress-free wardrobe in no time.

Mistake #1: Waiting to lose weight

Why torture yourself keeping clothes that do not fit you – dress for your shape and size today not who you once were (or want to be).

Mistake #2: Saving it for best

Are you thinking that your clothes are too nice for everyday wear? That by wearing them they’ll get worn out quickly or you’re afraid you may not be able to replace them so keep them for special occasions? Ditch this imposter syndrome and seize the opportunity to look and feel fabulous all the time!

Mistake #3: Not dressing for your lifestyle

What is in your wardrobe that you have never worn? Mine is a sheer blouse that I couldn’t find anything to go with and it felt too girly for me. Yours might be the killer heels that you can’t walk in.Your wardrobe should work for your real life so embrace the school runs, dog walks, work meetings and pub lunches not clutter your space with unworn items.
